You’re invited to join in with our Lent prayer rhythm. When we pray we are partnering with God to see His Kingdom Come and His will be done across our city, nation and world. Our prayers make a difference. It’s for this reason that prayer is so vital to everything we do at St. Ed’s. There are loads of ways we can pray during Lent and we’d love to invite you to get involved with some of these rhythms of prayer.

  • Set an alarm on your phone for 12.30pm and pray the Lord’s prayer every day during Lent.

    Our Father in heaven,
    hallowed be your name,
    your kingdom come,
    your will be done,
    on earth as in heaven.
    Give us today our daily bread.
    Forgive us our sins
    as we forgive those who sin against us.
    Lead us not into temptation
    but deliver us from evil.
    For the kingdom, the power,
    and the glory are yours
    now and for ever.

    Amen.
